DD had chicken pox last week, she i no longer infectious and most of the spots are clearing up nicely
.
I am concerned about the spots in her nappy area, where she got quite a few. Whereas the other spots on her body are drying, these spots seem to have 'craters' and don't look better (though they are not blistery, so therefore not new ones). Is this normal and is it because of where they are? We have tried nappy free time to air them but this is not always convenient. Will they go eventually?
