DH has been told to lower his too as its 6.3 and the highest acceptable level is 5.0.

He also has high blood pressure as he is very overweight.

He has also been told his liver is not looking great so he has to cut down on the "pop".

We have started today and have been and done a load of healthy shopping according to the food list the doctor gave use. We will give that a go.
