Sweat making me very itchy these past couple of days. Why?

TMI sorry. I'm not usually a sweaty person. I don't get under arm B.O.
The past couple of days sweat in my crotch area and arm pits is stinging and making me really itchy.

I can actually feel the sweat coming out of my pits cos it stings!

Why is this? I've had it before a couple of months ago.

I think it is related to being dehydrated but I don't know.

Any suggestions?

Not sure - are you showering regularly? Wearing natural fibres?

I would guess at your deodorant causing a skin reaction on your underarms, but crotch not sure about.

Shower thoroughly on a daily basis. think its the concentration of acid in my sweat. Too much alcohol, rich food and not enough fruit veg and water.
