12 and 13 month old vaccines given at same time?

My hv said dd could have her 12 and 13mo vaccines at once if I liked (I don't mind either way). Obviously if its fine and safe to give both at once it'll save upsetting her on two different occasions. However, is it a lot of vaccine to have in one day? There must be a reason for them separating them?

Trying to decide what to do and what's best for dd.
Tia.

Dd1 had 2 separately, dd2 had them all together. I just did what they surgery suggested. If anything, dd1 had more of a reaction!

Both of my dc had theirs together. It is more upsetting as it is three separate injections, so by the third they are really upset, but apart from that, I can't see any disadvantages.

Thanks, I think we'll go for all at once as saves upsetting her on two separate occasions.
