Thread Vein Removal

Hi

I have a light complextion & quite a few tiny thread veins on my face - look a bit like a drunken grandfather sometimes

Am considering some needle treatment to have them removed. But as with all beauty things I am sceptical 1.if it will really work 2.does it come back 3. aftercare more hassle etc.

Has anyone done this or something else they might recommend or definately not recomment.

Have just had ds2 (5mnths) so am finished with kids etc & have to go back to work in May. Am desparate to start the "2nd" have of life post having kids & just getting on with stuff. Must say have been shocked @ how much older I look after 2 kids.

Sensible solutions welcome!

I've had it done and it did work for me, BUT it doesn't work for everyone, the thread veins can come back and my need re-treatment.

The aftercare is very very simple, basically no makeup or moisturisers etc for 48 hours and rinse your face in tepid water.

Whilst the procedure doesn't take long, it is very painful and will make your eyes water, I needed a stiff drink or three afterwards

Seems they use a fine needle to pull out the red vein somehow. I still need to do some more research actually - MN being part of that research.
