Spots on Ds's face and bum

DS is 16 months old, and has pimples on his face and bottom. It looks a little like acne. At first we thought it was something to do with his eczema, but now we are not so sure. Anyone have a clue as to what acne type spots might be caused by?

Sorry if I have been a bit vague

my dd had very angry looking spots on her bottom which turned out to be folliculitis which was treated with fucidin cream from the gp. None on face though

is he Breastfed, your hormones can pass through your breast milk
