Itchy red rash on hands and feet

i woke up in the night with very itchy fingers and in the morning I could see I had a rash across my fingers and my knuckles are swollen and inflamed. I now have it on my toes as well. Could this be chillblanes? Or an allergic reaction?

Anyone? The itching's driving me bonkers!

It could be chillblains - you can get cream from the chemist for it if it is...give it a try

i have had them and they drive you mental!

Thanks. GP thinks it's hand foot and mouth but I am not so sure as I don't have anything in my mouth. Hmm.
