My scary health issue- right arm numb & facial numbness too!

I have read it could be Bell's Palsy, mini stroke (eek) or a virus lurking in the system. Started a few days ago. First time ever, comes and goes. Arm mostly.
Has anyone experienced this? thanks.

NHS Doc thinks maybe a virus/illness. Face numbness only happened 2x. Still, arm a bit numb. May see an osteopath. Or a private doc...
