my 14 week old dd has recently begun frantically rubbing ears in evening is this a sign of tiredness/teething? She has no signs of illness but is dribbling like mad!

my ds started rubbing his ears and dribbling at about the same age, but didn't cut his first tooth till he was 6 months old. we did start giving him a small dose of Calpol at bedtime if he was really unsettled.
