Hi everyone,
I am really getting down about my weight now :( dd is 20 months and i never seem to have the energy for exercising.
I cant fit into my favourite pair of jeans anymore :( and my tummy just looks huge in everything i wear.
I really need some motivation for exercising and diet or eating more healthy.
How has everyone lost there weight from their pregnancy and what would you say are the best exercsies.
