Ill all weekend

I have had a temperature all weekend. Going between 37.5 and 37.9.
This goes down with paracetmol
I also have a really horrible cold. a snuffy nose that won't clear. AT ALL
I have tried every decongestant available. My nose is really red and sore from all the blowing.

Could this just be flu or something more serious

You have a cold.

37.9 is very low on the scale of temperatures.
You could have a touch of sinusitus. CAreful not to take too many decogenstant remedies they can be counterproductive as the done treat the problem they just ease the symptoms temporirily. Ephidirine has some of the same properties (though milder) as speed. theya can make you very anxious.
Try steam inhilations disolve some menthol crystals in boiling water and inhale. vicks on your chest etc etc
