We moved on saturday. I decided new house I would try and make more of an effort with my skin. So taking make up off at night etc. I have also been getting my five a day with fruit smoothies every morning. and in return my skin has become a huge spotty bumpy mess, mostly but not only, around my mouth. What have I done wrong?

Have you been using new products?

Or maybe it's the new water if you've moved house, your skin will probably adapt. My skin goes like that sometimes when i am exposed to a different water supply.

this usually happens at the beginning of a detox, your skin goes nuts, I suppose it's all the icky stuff flushing out of your body, if you keep it up you will be stunningly beautfiul skin in a few weeks....

Its just your body getting rid of all your toxins through your skin, it happens to me everytime I say I will drink 2 litres of water a day and only manage a week, it will calm down, then your skin will be glowing.

No, not really any new products - none certainly on the spotty bits anyway. Could be the water I suppose. Wouldn't normally worry but it is getting worse and I am starting my new job on Monday and I don't want to be a spotty blob! Grin

FW - here's hoping! Smile
