Yesterday was my guest day of eating healthy to shift some weight. Normally I over eat and have quite a bit of sugar in my diet.
Last night I made a Thai veg curry with brown rice which I have made many times before. Then about 3 hours later I was hula hooping for about 20 mins then went to bed.
I woke up about an hour and a half later and was awake for a few hours being sick.
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?
