Mini pill and time zone changes - help please

Does anyone have any tips on changing time zone when you're on the mini-pill? I take Micronor at 7am but we're off to the US for a holiday in a couple of weeks and I have realised that even with the three hour window I would have to take the pill between 2am and 5am! Can I work it forward before we go so that I am taking it at lunchtime UK time which will be a little more sociable in the US?
Although having said that, ds (6 months) will probably be so confused I may well be up between 2 and 5am - any tips on handling this as well would be great!

I had a similar problem when travelling also with Micronor - I worked it forward by half an hour over several weeks when I went to the States. When in Australia I kept my mobile phone on UK time and set an alarm on it. I talked to nurse at GP surgery before I did it. You may be able to jump hours if short o ftime - best to speak to specialist to avoid ds2!!! Enjoy your trip!
