Can someone help me work out my prescription dosage please?

I've got citalopram in liquid form. Dose is 0.5ML a day. The container is dispensed via droplet form and says 1 drop = 2MG. I'm feeling exceedingly thick and confused - so how many drops should I be taking? How many MG in 0.5ML?

it depends on the specific gravity of the liquid as to how mls would convert to mgs so I'm thirding for you to ask pharmacist

I know that a litre of water = 1 kg. But you're not talking about water. I think the pharmacist might have got the lable wrong - give them a call, or pop back in if not too far away, and check with them. You don't want to get it wrong.

I had this medication a few years ago and remember being similarly confused about dosage, but can't remember how I worked it out and what it was. Hunted just off to check the link and then look up pharmacy number
