I first started using homeopathy about 5 years ago when I was pregnant with dd. Before that I was pretty indifferent too it, despite the fact that it's the family business! But since then I've found it really quite helpful, sometimes more than others, and very occassionally I've been truly amazed at just how well and how quickly it's worked. Well this is one of those times.
I've had a rotten cold for over a week now but the problem was it wouldn't come out, if you know what I mean. All this congestion was just sitting in my head & sinuses giving me a sore head & sore eyes and making me feel dizzy & generally crap. I'd been popping sudafed like sweeties and I still felt like my head was going to explode. So yesterday DH suggested I swap the sudafed for pulsatilla and kali bich and today I swear I feel like a new person!
My nose is running which is a huge relief because it's relieved the pressure in my head & eyes, the dizziness is gone and my head no longer wants to explode.
so there you go, I just wanted to share that.
