ds2 has been under the weather for a month.
Just started his eyedrops for the inevitable hayfever nightmare due to arise next month ( was told to start on them early)
got up this morning and he has one pinkish gooey eye and towards the back of his tongue looks all white with like white smeggy bits on.
he is all bunged up at the moment which i think is a cold as it's too early for his hayfever.
so, is it conjunctivitus? does this mean a trip to the doc do you think?
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

I must admit, I thought hayfever had started early as me, dh and the kids have been sneezing for England. Turns out we are all coming down with ds's cold. He also woke up with a gunky eye this morning.

I don't know how old your ds is but you can get antibiotic eye drops over the counter now (but if he is a young child, I think you prob still have to go to the GP).
