Hi.
DD2's next jab will be single measles. She's 13 months at the moment and i've read on here about waiting till they're a bit older.

Can someone expain why this is as i'd like to wait a little but like to be armed with the facts firstSmile

The longer you leave it the more likely it is to work. \link{http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=15106100&query_hl=2&itool=pubmed_DocSum\not a huge difference between 12 and 15 months} so when to do it depends on how worried you are about measles. The official age for measles vaccination and MMR has changed quite frequently in different countries.
