Rash

Hi, Dd (7) has a small rash on her arm in the middle. It doesn't itch but has been there for about a week now. dd has never had eczema, but not sure if it is or not. The rash is just on that one arm. Can't think what it is can anyone help.

What kind of rash is it? Is it possible it's an allergy to something?

it looks like a heat rash, but is not red dd has just said it itches alittle bit.
