shd i take dd to the docs?

dd (2.2 yr) had a bad night last night, with a high fever and runny nose and coughing and vomiting (more due to stuffd nose i think than anything else?).but fever went down towards the morning but then i got a shock cos she woke up with two very red eyes. should i take her to the docs? anyone got any ideas on what it could be? her temp is ok now i think

could be conjunctivitus
usually comes with a cold cos kids wipe their nose with hand & then rub eyes

vomiting prob to do with cold & coughing - flem oin chest

I would say if the temperature is down, keep giving her calpol and just keep an eye on her

take to dr tom if eyes still red

just bathe her eyes in cool boile water.

took her to an eye specialist 3 days after it didn't get better ..turns out she has a virus called ADENOVIRUS...pretty common at the moment, particularly among kindy-going kids...you get a horrible cough, runny nose, fever, red eyes...

he said it is really contagious...

he gave her some eye cream for the eyes and said it should get better within 10 days ...
