My ds was very ill last night and looks absolutely awful todaySad. He has stomach pains last night and still has them today. Can anyone suggest something for him to take that will calm his tummy down - he vomited the calpol last night. ThanksSmile

Oh, what can I give him to eat, he says he's hungry?

Have you tried some flat lemonade? Can settle the stomach down. If his hungry try a little toast - only a scraping of butter though. The sugar in the lemonade should help him feel abit better - something about electrolytes I think!

Hope he's feeing better soon, poor ds :( You don't have to sit on the lemonade - might be a bit messy ! Try adding a little sugar to the glass, or shaking the bottle and then standing well back!!!:)

Thanks RC! I gave him some practically dry toast a few hours ago and he's asleep now on the sofa! It's horrible seeing him so wiped out!Sad

Hopefully poor ds will be running around causing mayhem again soon!!!

Hope so! He still looks quite pale and floppy though- his little brother 22 months, won't leave him alone! He's decided to make today the start of his terrible 2's - i.e. red bubble bath all over the landing carpet and smashing my photo-frame! Aggghhhh!!
