should I be worried about dt1??? very sleepy

I had to wake her this morning (very very unusual) dt2 was already up and it is normally dt1 waking up dt2. she slept her usual 12 hrs and did'nt have a tiring day yesterday, she does'nt seem to be ill in any way and does'nt have a temp, but she has choked on everything I have given her to eat this morning (also last night) her tonsils look normal. She fell into a deep sleep in my arms an hor ago, so have put her back to bed. Any ideas??

Thanks, she seems much better today, though I barely saw her yesterday as she slept most of it, and all night.
