Boosters of 5in1 and other vaccinations at the same time

Does anyone know if the 5in1 boosters are the same amount as the initial vaccination at 8weeks? Also do the other vaccinations such as meningitis c, have to be taken at the same time or can they be staggered to lessen the after effects? Thanjs

All vaccinations, first dose and boosters are normally the same dose.
