breastmilk coming back in 6 months after milk drying up

Hi,

So my milk seems to have come back in. I have a 10 month old and my milk dried up over 6 months ago. My period is nearly two weeks late now, I'm getting cramps and some random queasiness. I've done a pregnancy test which is negative and I have the copper coil fitted. What one earth is going on?! Should I bother my Dr with this or is this just something that can and does happen randomly?

Any experiences welcome! Help me!

I'd get checked out, could be a hormone imbalance to do with prolactin levels.

I had breast milk in one side & didn't breast feed. DD was 18 mths. I had a breast lump & had it removed. It was an inteaductal papilloma. It was causing the breast milk.

I would get this checked out buy the GP as well because excess prolactin levels can cause these symptoms to arise. If it is excess prolactin it can be treated with tablets.
