Shaved sounds horrible - ouch. I had one just under my jawline that got very itchy in the summer so I had it cauterised - it really didn't hurt at all, stung a bit. I had to go a few times though.

FairyMum · 28/03/2006 11:49

Yes, I had it done from my back. Did not hurt one bit.

oliveoil · 28/03/2006 11:50

I had one cut out on my back, it seemed to change when I was pregnant with dd1 and they cut it out to test it.

Left a right mess on my back Angry. Not that I wear revealing tops but even so.

c-sect scar that should've read.

edam · 28/03/2006 11:59

Yes, I've had four removed - all because they changed shape (although fortunately all were benign). All but one healed OK. That one left a real mess on my back though - another doc who saw it said 'who on earth did that?!' in tones of horror. Sad

shaved sounds good...do they do thighs too?

AllieBongo · 28/03/2006 21:07

it's gone1 I saw it in the jar Grin the local hurt more than child birth, but after that it was fine. I am over the moon as it made me feel ugly!!@!!

frozen

yes

AllieBongo · 28/03/2006 21:12

frozen was painless, shaving was evil! i looked like nanny mcphee, that bird who's going out with steve mcdonald on corrie will look like i did soon if she's not careful.. apparently the good blood supply it has helped it grow Grin

had moles excised and one shaved off my back. Didnt hurt. Good result. No probs. you will be fine. :)

louise35 · 31/03/2006 20:38

I had one on my face when I was younger and had it burnt off with a laser. The injection to numb my face stung a little but I never felt the mole being burnt off, there was a rather strange smell though when it was being done and I can still remember that smell 25 years later lol.

Senoracod · 31/03/2006 20:38

frying steak?

tegan · 31/03/2006 20:49

I have had 2 cut out in the last 3 months and had to have stitches.

louise35 · 02/04/2006 21:09

Put it this way Senoracod, it was a smell like no other and one that I do not want to experience again in a hurry!! :)

chipmonkey · 02/04/2006 22:16

Oh God I have one that has to come off but I'm petrified!
You get a "burning" smell with laser eye surgery too, less pleasant than steak!
