I have just been reading about a new pill called SEASONALE where you only get 4 periods a year. Does anyone know if this is available in the UK yet or is anyone already using it.
Many Thanks

No i havnt heard about that one is it a tablet?dont konw if you have heard about the depo injection. You have it every three months in your bum and you dont have to worry. I had this before i had both my children and didnt have periods or pms it is brill!! The only thing is it makes you infertile for up to a year so obviously if you want a baby in this time its no good for you. Just another alternative if you dont want your monthlys and to be honest who does?

A friend of mine didn't take Seasonale, but she just takes 3 months of 21-day pills without a break - ie no period - she then stops, has a period and starts again.
