Expat if you call OOH and get a dr to come round chances are you could get my BIL - he's fab. (Not useless.)

what's OOH? i didn't think they came round anymore. i've had after hours appointments and we always have to go to the Western or ERI. Usually the Western, but when I was vomitting blood at 13 weeks preggo I had to go to ERI at midnight. Got an nurse practitioner and felt instantly better.

I prefer nurses, NPs and midwives to doctors.

out of Hours
they do do house calls sometimes (with an escort)
he does clinics at the Western too
but I know what you mean because my gp - though technically ok - is well weird

DH saw a FAB GP when DD2 got oral thrush at 6 weeks of age in an after hours appointment. Mabye it was your BIL. He said this bloke was great. Gave me some stuff for my norks, too, to get rid of the thrush on them. I knew it was thrush b/c the white bits wouldn't go away and her breath smelled like yeast Shock. Must have been itching her like mad b/c she kept pawing her wee mouth and wriggling at the boob.

did he have a flat head?
if so it is him

though I doubt his knowledge of breastfeeding is that good

Dh can't remember. He just said it was 'some sound chap'.

She had it badly, tho! Poor soul.
