Anyone do singles at 13 months but full mmr at preschool?

Dd had single vaccinations for measels and rubella at around 13 months. She is 3 now and still hasn't had the mumps vaccine as its not available. This concerns me so I'm considering giving her the full mmr when it's due. Does it still have the same risks at preschool age as it does when they're 13 months? Thank you

I felt less concerned about doing it at preschool - both DDs had measles singles as babies. DD1 was then given the MMR when she was nearly 4. I plan to do the same with DD2 (but am not having MMR done at the same time as the other preschool boosters as I still think this is overload)
