Ant psoriasis suffers around?

Have any of you tried treating it with methotrexate, and if so how effective is/was it?

my dh also has this illness ,but he usually gets it on his knuckles,elbows knees and scalp ,he has had it very slightly on his back,and also on his scalp,he uses aqueous cream,myconyl.and dovabet plus betacap for his scalp. He has been offered uv treatment,his best treatment is a holiday in the sun
