we've just had this chat at resp clinic!

'pprantly , they say at night because a side effect is headaches.

But, our son's been having nightmares - turns out that's another side effect.

GP suggested mornings, but, we got headaches...so, nice resp nurse suggested 3 - 5 pm, early enough to spare us nihgtmares and late eough for him to be asleep before headache kicks in.
