I am bf my 2 year old & last night she fell asleep on the breast & clamped shut, tried waking her as couldn't release my nipple. Eventually I had to prise my finger between her teeth to extract my nipple. It hurt like hell to begin with & then died down. Today it has been sore but getting much worse as the day went on, I have tried to feed her that side and could but was very painful. Tonight have noticed a small bump (small boil like) on the arieole (sp?) it is increasingly sore. Any ideas?
