I have had a wheezy chest that comes and goes for the last couple of months. I don't have a cough or cold and don't feel ill or anything. I don't have asthma and have never had this before so why? I am beginning to wonder if it could be the potent smelling carbon remover (from bettaware)that i used and breathed in coz it started after that. Anyone else had this?

hi - you arent around an animal or something you might allergic to? A new air freshner? not sure about the carbon remover - but you could get rid of it to see if it makes a difference.
If this carries on I would get checked out by a doctor just as a precaution - some people develop asthma late. x

Asthma CAN start later, as others here have said. I was in my early 20's when I was first diagnosed and there was no family history of it. In any case I would still see a doctor to get it checked out.
