DD has weird blotches.

My Dd is 22 months and since yesterday she keeps getting funny pink blotches on her skin, her face looks like shes been slapped, but its only for a few minutes then it fades, then will reappear again.
her hands earlier were bright red like she was cold but she wasnt, same with her feet too.
Slapped cheek has been mentioned but as the rest of her body is affected i didnt think it was that, and the way it appears then fades.

Sometimes though skin can become mottled if it's getting too hot or too cold - which might explain the fading?

she doesnt seem poorly though, was a bit whingy, but that might be just a mood! its so hard to tell, she doesnt seem to have any flu like symptoms, its really strange.
