URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

My DS is 7 weeks old and breastfeeding every 3 hours or so, slightly less often in the night. He usually poos during or immediately after every feed but hasn't had a dirty nappy in 24 hours now, though he's weeing normally. He doesn't seem to be unwell, no temperature, not off his food or anything
Can anyone advise?

Thanks all - am feeling much less concerned now, though rather intrigued to see what happens when he does go... We will be awash with poo! Poor little chap, he is really straining but getting nowhere, I do feel for him. I posted on another thread, my GP said to give him orange juice...? I checked he really meant this and then just nodded and decided there and then that I needed to see a younger GP in future!!!
