bacterial vaginosis - any good treatment apart from antibios?

Have had BV before, currently having another outbreak. Going on holiday in 4 days, no way I will get GP appointment before then. Any over the counter stuff that would be useful? thanks in advance

Balance Activ is good, normally found in larger Boots stores. I think it's about £10.

Off the shelf. In fact just seen it in my local Morrisons so you may also find it in a large supermarket.
