Hysteroscopy/Biopsy No Aftercare Advice Given? Please Advise

Had a hysteroscopy and biopsy's done on Tuesday, but wasn't given any aftercare advice, i know from google no tampons but the info is varied, so please can anyone tell me what i need to know? Can i carry my 3 yo upto bed? Can i carry the hoover up! One site said no bath for a while? How long do i have to use s towels? (stopped taking the tablet that stopped my bleeding on the Wednesday and started heavy bleeding Friday/Sat seems to be slowing now)
I cant understand why no one said anything, i feel i was overlooked, at first app gynae doc went through everything then said about the procedure but he had to go ask someone else, so i went back to waiting room, he came back and spoke to me in corridor to confirm i needed to book hysteroscopy. I figured they'd go through it with me on Tuesday but they didn't i just signed the consent form and had it done, no one advised me of do's and dont's. I didn't like to ask :(
TIA for any advice

I had no aftercare advice after a hysteroscopy so carried on as usual.

Biopsy I don't know, though.

Thanks maybe it is normal not to be told anything then? From what google says tampons are a definite no due to risk of infection? I think its pretty poor to be told nothing.

Hi
I'm assuming it was an endometrial biopsy you had?
These links might be useful

Can I suggest you get in touch with where you had the procedure tomorrow morning and ask them. PALS is also a place to try.
