Help!!!
WAs prescribed mefanamic acid by gp for very heavy periods and bad pains, caused maily by copper coil. GP reluctant to remove coil, can't find the threads anyway, so suggested I take mefanamic acid in the meantime till have ultrasound and then referral to gynaecologist to get it out....
First few periods on mefanamic acid, pain was much better, and flow much lighter until the tablet wore off.
Last 2 periods, got pains and cramps, took tablet as soon as pain started and then practically no bleeding. This period, cramps and pain on sunday, took 2 doses sunday, then no more since, but no period, not one single drop... wtf is going on/?????
My periods are like clockwork and the pains came on the expected day... Am I pregnant??? should I take a test??? Am freaking out a little bit!!!
