I play hockey but always have a break from March to July when the winter league ends and then summer league starts.
I would love to take up another form of exercise which gets rid of agression but doesn't feel like such a huge effort!
I hate lone things such as running or swimming because I don't do it for enjoyment, just to keep fit. With hockey it doesn't feel like I'm exercising, just having great fun!
What about kick-boxing?
