I have a spot. I don't think it's particulary huge, I don't know what it looks like, it really, really hurts. It's on my fanjo!
Please tell me: 1) It will go without interferance
2) Germolene is okay to use down there
3) It will go quickly.

Sudocreme the bugger! I swear by it. On my face or anywhere else a spot rears its ugly head. You should probably try to have a look though. Maybe the doctors if the pain is unbearable.

leave it untill you have had a good look with a mirror. are you sure it is a pimple of a spot and not a wart of leision of some sort.

either way just leave it alone, but if its an in growing hair attempt to find the point it enters the skin and use a mirror a hot flannel and tweezers to pull it out the skin, then just leave it alone.

Right, it popped of its own accord at half three this morning. No details, but took some cleaning and has been oozing all night. It isn't quite as painful now, but I'm off to get sudocreme this morning, thank you Ella.

Sympathy - I am v prone to these, and have a corker right now. A hot bath with lavender oil helps get all remaining goo out
