My poor little dd of 13 weeks has this in patches on her face; thought it might be ezcma, but nurse said not to worry. Aqeous cream and petroleum 50/50 dont seem to be doing anything. Does anyone have any safe remedies??? I was told not to use E45 cream as contains lanolin.

My youngest son suffered ezcema as a baby and I tried many remedies. There is a herbal remedy called mahonia aquifolium which I used that worked very well both moisturising his very very dry skin aswell as clearing up the rashes and redness he would get in certain areas. As it is totally natural and non steroid besed I felt happier using it than hydrocortisone on a regular basis. I got the pereperation from a website called yoni international.
