Back/pelvis pain. Physio? Chiropractor? Osteopath! Who?

Have slight pain but mostly weakness on my right side, I think in the area in my pelvis where the holes are (when you look at the skeleton!).

I'm doing a cardio combat class twice a week and really notice the difference in my legs/range of movement when I'm kicking. Need to see someone, but who? Not sure what each of the professionals above actually do. TIA.

I saw a chiropractor when I was 30+ weeks pregnant (breech baby and there's a technique that sometimes helps encourage babies to turn). I'd had pelvic pain on my right side, and she said my pelvis was crooked to the extent that one leg was shorter than the other.

The baby didn't turn, but, Blimey, after her treatment I was walking better than before I was pregnant. Not a hint of a waddle at 37 weeks and could walk up hills much more easily. So recommend a chiropractor.

Hey there, if you google for Rolfing practitioners, they are amazing. Postural advice, and re-balancing your whole body. :)

Thanks indigobarbie, off to google.

i had 2 sessions with an osteopath that made the most amazing difference to my back.
i couldn't believe the small movements he was doing could make such a difference.

that was 4 months ago and the pain still hasn't come back
