Herbal/ non prescription medication for pmt?

Can anyone recommend anything? Im still bf and have a copper coil if that makes any difference. The week or so before my period is becoming hard to live with :(

Evening primrose oil. Vitamin b6. Agnus castus?

Ive tried epo but ddnt notice any difference. I take a Multivitamin, is that enough b6 or do i need more? Ill look into the other one. Thanks :)

SevenSeas epo (1000 mg - a lot of them are only 500 mg) with starflower oil. Start taking it a week before your period is due. This stuff has changed my life!

Wait, no - TWO weeks before (so a week before you start mainlining chocolate & wanting to kill people!).
