That's it really... I have six month old twins and all the lifting and carrying is wrecking my back!
In the last couple of days I am struggling to bend right to the bottom if the cot so I'm a bit worried.. I used to go to Antenatal and Postnatal classes (can't anymore) but fir the life of me I can't remember a single stretching excercise.. A part from the really obvious ones of course.
Anything I can do in 10-15 min chunks maybe twice a day would be great!
