Have you taken supplements and found it beneficial in an unexpected way?

I say this because I started taking spatone to see if it would help my fatigue (it hasn't yet) but the pain in my knee that i have had for a good 18 months is virtually non existent now. How come?

Supplements usually take a few weeks or even months to deliver.

Have been taking double dose for a month now. Am going on to a single dose very shortly. Knee stopped hurting about a week into taking them but it may well be a coincidence and I can't find any info on iron helping out with knee pain.

If you're confident that anaemia is the cause of your tiredness then it would probably be worth persisting with the spatone. I think it takes a while to restore your iron levels. You should take it with Vit C.
Eating too much sugar/refined carbs is a common cause of fatigue, as I know from personal experience. Or if you're not getting enough calories.
