H has gone on to one of his evening meetings, GP suggested The Priory and I can't believe how expensive it is. All sad, and cried in front of my Mum, which isn't good Sad

Priory/private clinics is completely outside my realm of knowledge, so I can't really say anything constructive on that score. Did GP suggest Priory as there isn't appropriate NHS provision in your area or waiting list would take too long? I really don't see it as a bad thing that you are getting support from your mum, showing her how you feel.

I think you'll have a better chance of finding someone who has been through something similar if you put another thread on with a more obvious title - say - anyone got experience of Priory/private mental health/addiction clinics.

carla, its nice to see you back, you gave us all quite a fright!

why were the girls so upset? pizz express is nothing to cry about!

and the evening sessions in the priory, is this with a view to booking him in?

carla, not sure of your story as not read all your threads, but am assuming this is for depression. If so I have had counselling at the Priory as an outpatient.
