Dr Chris was talking about IBS yesterday on This Morning and they mentioned about a new prebiotic over the counter drink you can get which had 60% improvement in so many people. They said they would put details on their website but cant find anything, can anyone help please...called ' Live and active' (i think) Thanks

I found a link to Symprove on the This Morning website. Might give it a try.

Have I read it right? 1 bottle costs £19.95 and will last about a week?! Plus you might need to take it for 3 months to see any improvement.

It's bloody expensive but if it works then I would save so much time as I wouldn't have to go to the loo all the time. And I could possibly be less fussy about food too. Am going to read up on it.

I found that taking some expensive probiotics ( Udo's Super 8 ) helped my stomach .
£ 20 for a months supply .

Dont know difference between pre and probiotics ,but seems like something to aid digestion helps .
