Thanks, Papillon, will have to try that. And thanks for the factsheet Iota - says cod HAS got Omega 3s, so taramasalata should offer some.

I tried putting EyeQ in ds's cereal but it made him completely hyper. He won't eat any fish (occasionally a fish finger)so he now has 'clever milk' in his cereals and Gold margarine with added omega in his lunchbox sandwiches. I've no idea if he's getting the correct dose but it's better than nothing. I do believe it's having some effect as he is completely non-verbal (asd) but since having the milk etc has said "Mum" several times and "fish" once!
