What can cause morning nausea if it is not pregnancy?

I have had this all week with no other symptoms - no stomach upset or anything. I convinced myself I was pregnant (a couple of not so careful moments mid cycle), but just tested and it was negative. I am not due on for a couple of days so I suppose it is still a possibility. BUt if I am not pregnant, what is causing it?

Low blood sugar? Does it go after breakfast?

Have you changed your diet at all? Or has anythign else in your life changed?

I sometimes feel sick in the mornings and its generally because I'm rundown, stressed or/and Ive got out of bed too quick (If I'm stressed at work it means I dont eat properly and get out of bed too quick cos I've not wanted to get up to go to work so jump out at the last minuteGrin)

No, it does not go after I have breakfast. It generally just starts to dissipate as the day goes on and is normally gone by about lunch time. My diet is not any different really. Yes, I am stressed, but nothing new there!

If you're on the Pill it could be that - I'd convinced myself I was pregnant because of feeling sick, tired etc - tried changing the Pill - sickness disappeared.

Nope - not on the pill and haven't been for many many years.

No-one else? I am panicking now that I am actually pregnant as I can't think what else would cause this!
