Had Cervical Ablation via Balloon procedure which was for 8 minutes long apparently on wednesday. Felt ok but now uncomfortable cramps today (fri). Just wondering can i still get pregnant? I am single (single mum) but wondered if i can still get pregnant? Specialist had said no more pregnancies but i had heard that i can get an egg lay in my tubes? Is this true? Had rested yesterday (thur) but got up to go to work today and come home as not feeling great. Lots of cramps...think i have overdone it!

Yes you do, it would be dangerous to become pregnant. You are still ovulating so therefore can become pregnant, but there is nowhere for the egg to implant in your womb.

Hmm maybe read it wrong was thinking of uterine ablation, sorry. But it still applies you can get pregnant, yes.

Oh now i am not sure what i had! I had polyps removed and the ablation...anyways eitherway i think its bad for either.
