Have you been unusually hot recently- or had any long journeys? Mine swell up alarming on holiday, a combination of travel and heat. After I couldn't put shoes on holiday earlier this year they were so fat, I've been looking after my feet by wearing fitflops and keeping as active as possible.

Do see your GP and in the mean time elevate them when you can.

no none of those things

Well then, chase up the GP appointment and keep your legs elevated as much as possible, rotating your ankles occasionally.

Good Luck!

seen the gp he was very good checked everything temp, blood pressure,my chest,my legs and feet checking for a pulse ,he said he was probably due to sitting down most of the time, its still sore but he said i should take a break every hour and walk around and to keep my feet elevated when possible.
